Welcome to the English Language Center's Professional Development Committee website. We in the committee aim to maintain educational excellence by revitalizing the faculty's knowledge and understanding of ELC and interdisciplinary issues, theories, and practices. These three components aid in the development of classroom teaching strategies and classroom management, thus ultimately stimulating a productive educational environment that improves students' performance.

NEEDS ANALYSIS RESULTS
